FOLLOW THE EAGLE´S TRACK
In the context of Action A6 (Study of the causes limiting the establishment of pairs), it was planned to mark Iberian-imperial eagle individuals for remote follow-up in areas identified as particularly problematic. This currently available method is the most effective tool to significantly improve the detail and accuracy of data from the geographic, temporal and individuals behaviour perspective in order to determine causes of mortality and act quickly to try to minimize these causes.
In this sense, several juvenile individuals of this species were tagged with GSM emitters and monitored during their first months of life.
